Nights... Eeeeewwww!!!

So, working nights doesn't do so well with my body it seems, but I am still running three days a week. I got to week 6 of the couch to 5k program and quit... I am going to get back on tho!!! Week 7 here I come!!! I joined a shape up challenge at work! Matt and I plan on our own program (top secret) to lose weight. Surprisingly, I haven't dropped much with the running business. I have noticed a difference in my body!!! I'm gonna keep cheering myself on. I need to keep going... Even if I am against myself at times!!!
